Raised in a business family, Bachir Sarkis grew up around the ambition and resilience of Sarkis Group International. The group’s diverse portfolio spans real estate, automotive, fashion, luxury, agriculture, and distribution, with a presence across nine countries.
After studying business marketing and travelling widely, Bachir returned to Lebanon to build businesses shaped by curiosity, conviction, and an enduring belief that setbacks can become starting points.
Across business, brand building, and community, the focus is on ideas that can grow into something enduring—while creating opportunities for people and the next generation.
Bachir Sarkis was born and raised in a business family whose group operates a diverse range of businesses and represents multinational companies across markets. Based in Lebanon, Sarkis Group International has established a presence in nine countries and employs more than 10,000 people. Its activities span real estate, automotive, tobacco, fashion, luxury, farming, export and import, and distribution.

Bachir founded Voyageur Jewelry in 2005, building a handcrafted brand that became a leading name in Lebanon and found success in Saudi Arabia. In 2008 he opened a factory and expanded into wholesale and retail. The business continued through major challenges in Lebanon, including the 2005 assassination of Rafic Hariri, the July War in 2006, the Nahr al-Bared conflict in 2008, and years of economic downturn. Voyageur has since been recognized in Istanbul, Italy, and Saudi Arabia, as Bachir works toward international growth.

The 1, 2, 3 Autism School in Dbayeh grew from a cause close to Bachir’s heart. The project was funded through a donation from businessman Sarkis Sarkis and is managed by NECC–USA, an autism education and research institute with decades of experience supporting children with autism.
